It seems to be a step beyond with the likes of Oracle are doing – adding social functionality to existing systems. Instead, based on what InsideView seems to be offering, platforms now actively search the social web for customer data.

Amazon Takes the Humans Out of Fulfillment With New API | It’s something that some of the Sri Lanka based organizations I’m working for might seriously consider. While they are eager to start selling over the web, there’s any number of logistical issues – particularly for the smaller companies – that hold them back. Breathtaking Typographic Posters | Some stunning designs. One of my perennial complaints about web design, particularly in Sri Lanka, is the lack of graphic design knowledge that is displayed. As a result, one of the most useful books I have is Stylepedia. The book also proves an invaluable tool for generating ideas with clients.
