A Focus on Use | “SOMETIMES IT SEEMS AS IF INDUSTRIAL DESIGNERS AND ENGINEERS ARE WORLDS APART, BUT WHEN THEY WORK TOGETHER, PRODUCTS WILL FIT THE PEOPLE WHO USE THEM” It’s a problem with developing for the web too, not just in industry. More of a “people” issue and to do with team work and skill development in individuals. I often regard, given the known risks, such failures as being those of management. Isn’t it because of issues like this that we have project managers? To bridge the gap and coordinate?
